Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats & dogs are welcome (max 2 per home), up to 20 lb each. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second. Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet. Breed restrictions apply; other small pets like hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish (tropical fish limited to 20‑gallon tank) are allowed without pet fees applying to them.
